All claim requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of items. Beary Cuddley will replace damaged items If notification is made within 48 hours of receipt of items and a claim form is completed and shipped back with damaged item with in 10 days of purchase.   Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.
